How do I pair the remote control and the Cosmo Ride?
To pair the remote control and the Cosmo Ride, you must first download the Cosmo Connected application. 
Make sure you have activated your Bluetooth and geolocation on your phone.
Then follow the step-by-step instructions on the application to pair your devices.
Important: do not attempt to pair your devices directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings.


How long are the Cosmo Ride guaranteed?
The Cosmo Ride products are guaranteed for 2 years. 
In order to benefit from the guarantee, it is essential to be able to provide us with the purchase invoice.


Why do the 3 LEDs on my remote control light up simultaneously and slowly?
When the 3 LEDs of the remote control blink slowly and simultaneously, it means that the remote control has been desynchronised with the Cosmo Ride and the application. A new pairing is then necessary via the mobile application.


How do I change the light mode via the app or remote control?
You can change the light mode and activate your turn signals : 
With the application, after starting a journey
With the remote control, thanks to the different button


How do I know that my Cosmo Ride is loaded?
For the Cosmo Ride, a charge indicator appears while the battery is being charged (red luminous dot). It goes out once the charge is complete.


Why does my remote control take a long time to be detected by the application?
Depending on the phone model and version, the detection time may vary. Please make sure you download the latest update of the mobile application and activate the geolocation and bluetooth.


Why does my Cosmo Ride turn on and off immediately?
Your Cosmo Ride is most likely in saddle mode and only lights up when it detects braking. 
In order to check that it is not switched off, try to activate the position light directly in the application or on the remote control (1 press on the middle button).


Why doesn't the button on the Cosmo Ride sink in?
The button is a touch button. You simply need to put your finger on it for 3 seconds to turn the Cosmo Ride on or off.


How do I switch off my Cosmo Ride?
To turn off the Cosmo Ride : 
- Use the ON/OFF touch button
- Or use the mobile application
- Or press the central button on the remote control for 3 seconds.
- Or the Cosmo Ride will turn itself off after two minutes of total immobility.


How do I turn on my Cosmo Ride?
To turn on the Cosmo Ride, press the touch ON/OFF button on the back of the Cosmo Ride for 3 seconds.

How does fall detection and emergency services activation work?
The Cosmo Ride has an accelerometer-gyrometer technology integrated that enables them to detect a fall and automatically alert emergency contacts in less than 3 minutes, provided you have informed your emergency contacts (Guardian Angels) and launched a trip via the application.


Is it possible to use two Cosmo Ride with one remote control?
With the Cosmo Connected application, you can connect 2 Cosmo Ride with 1 remote control. 
The light modes will be synchronised for both Cosmo Ride.


Can the Cosmo Ride be used as a front light?
No, the Cosmo Ride was created to be a rear light exclusively.


Can the Cosmo helmet be sold without the Cosmo Ride?
No, all helmets are always equipped with the Cosmo Ride and are not sold separately.


Where is the USB port?
For the Cosmo Ride, the USB port is located on the back of the device behind the protective tab.


Can I use a Cosmo Ride to ride a motorcycle or scooter?
No, the Cosmo Ride can only be used on soft mobility vehicles at moderate speeds such as bicycles, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades. 


How is the remote control recharged?
The remote control of your Cosmo Ride is powered by a CR2032 battery.

How long are the Cosmo Moto and Cosmo Ride guaranteed?
The Cosmo Moto is guaranteed for 2 years. 
In order to benefit from the guarantee, it is essential to be able to provide us with the purchase invoice.


How do I know that my Cosmo Moto is loaded?
For the Cosmo Moto, there is no charge indicator, remember to charge your Cosmo Moto for at least 2 hours and 40 minutes for an optimal charge.


How do I install the magnetic base on my helmet?
First, clean your helmet with the wipe provided and let it dry. Next, position the base on the helmet and press down firmly for 2 minutes. Wait 24 hours before placing the Cosmo Moto on the helmet base.


How do I switch off my Cosmo Moto?
To switch off the Cosmo Moto :   
- Double tap on one end of the Cosmo Moto energetically
- Or use the mobile application
- Or the Cosmo Moto will turn itself off after two minutes of total immobility.


How do I turn on my Cosmo Moto?
To turn on the Cosmo Moto, double tap vigorously with the palm of your hand on one of its ends.


How does fall detection and emergency services activation work?
The  Cosmo Moto has an accelerometer-gyrometer technology integrated that enables them to detect a fall and automatically alert emergency contacts in less than 3 minutes, provided you have informed your emergency contacts (Guardian Angels) and launched a trip via the application.
The Cosmo Moto has an optional additional insurance policy for €3.00 (incl. VAT) per month (Cosmo Moto insurance from Allianz Assistance) which, in the event of a fall, enables you to alert the emergency services, provided you have initiated a trip via the application.

Which application do I need to download?
The application you need to download is the Cosmo Connected application.
You can find it on the different stores:

Is my mobile phone compatible with the Cosmo Connected application?
A wide range of phones are compatible with our Cosmo Connected application.
However, some models may have incompatibilities. Our R&D team is constantly working to update this list and improve compatibility.

Do I have to start a journey to benefit from the fall detection and emergency call?

Yes, it is imperative to initiate a trip in the mobile application in order to take advantage of the fall detection and emergency call functionalities.


Can the application be used as a GPS?
No, the Cosmo Connected application cannot be used in GPS.


Why are my Cosmo Ride and/or remote control not recognised by the application?
The application requires Bluetooth (and location for Android devices). Also make sure you accept all necessary permissions required by the Cosmo Connected application.
Unfortunately, some phones are not compatible with the Cosmo Connected application.

How do I add my guardian angels?
To add your guardian angels you need to log in by creating an account or by logging in to your account on the application.


Do my guardian angels have to install the application?
No, this is not necessary. Your guardian angels will receive a text message with your GPS coordinates to follow your route or in case of an accident, provided that you have activated the functionality and launched a route in the application.


For iOS : What should I do if my app crashes after an update of my Cosmo Moto?
Turn off the bluetooth and put the phone in airplane mode for 15 seconds

What are the delivery times? 
Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France and 5 working days for Europe and the non-European zone.

In this period of health crisis related to Covid-19, our delivery times can be extended from 5 to 10 days for Metropolitan France and 7 to 10 working days for Europe and the zone outside Europe. 


What is my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number by email once the package has been shipped. 


How do I get my invoice? 
You will find the invoice for your order directly in your client account after you have made your purchase. 


Which carrier will deliver me?
Our carrier who takes care of your parcels is DPD. If necessary, it will be Chronopost.


Where can I find your products in a physical shop?
You can view the shops where our products are on the store locator. 


How can I make a return within the terms of my right of retraction?
Please contact customer service at support@cosmoconnected.com to make a return. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: you have 30 days from the day after delivery of the package to retract your order, as evidenced by the carrier's stamp.
